Guillermo
A living React component system whose every visual decision is generated from DESIGN.md theme files.
Guillermo is an experimental component system for marketing websites in which the catalogue's own chrome is generated from a DESIGN.md theme file. It was built in one autonomous multi-hour agent run directed by Martin, with the mission, backlog, quality ledger and deployment logs kept in the repository. The demo content is fictional.

What was built
- Eleven section archetypes, each required to pass a gate of four or more themes
- Five swappable themes compiled to CSS custom properties; typed motion recipes
- Playwright end-to-end suite across three viewport projects, run locally and against the deployed catalogue
