Ultimate AI Chad is a self-contained HTML graphic novel in twelve acts. Martin built the reader, the in-browser beat-transition editor and the build pipeline that ships the optimised assets, over three days in July 2026.

What was built
- Twelve acts, 314 master illustrations and 698 beats
- Fixed-stage reader where each beat is a targeted crop of a master illustration with a terminal-style text reveal; keyboard, button and swipe control
- In-browser editor that saves panel and mask positions to Cloudflare D1, and a pipeline that ships optimised WebP
